Omnia Digital Solutions DBA Omnia Nexus LLC provides AI voice receptionist services powered by our enterprise-grade voice AI infrastructure. As part of this service, inbound and outbound calls handled by your AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. Call recordings and transcripts are:
Stored securely within our voice processing infrastructure
Used solely to provide and improve your AI receptionist service
Accessible to you through your client portal
Forwarded to you in full upon cancellation of service
Never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
Call recording may be subject to applicable state and federal wiretapping and recording consent laws. It is your responsibility as the client to ensure proper disclosure to callers in your jurisdiction.
Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information
We only collect and use your personal information when we have a legitimate reason for doing so. We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our services to you.

A current list of our active sub-processors, including the specific providers behind our voice AI and telephony infrastructure, is available upon request. We provide advance notice before adding any new sub-processor that materially changes how your data is processed.
We do not sell personal information to any third party.

When we collect and process personal information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
